Job summary
Prudential Corporate Treasury is seeking a Manager to join the Payments & Cash Management team in a hybrid capacity with on-site requirements on a recurring basis. The role drives payment operations, cash management, and treasury system improvements while leading a team of treasury professionals in a global financial services environment.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of treasury experience, strong Kyriba skills, and a proven track record in leadership, stakeholder management, and process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CTP or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years treasury experience in multinational environment.
- Proficiency with Kyriba.
- Strong cash management and payment regulation knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cross-border payment processes and transfers.
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
- Optimize Treasury systems and automate processes.
- Improve reporting and provide strategic insights.
- Lead and mentor treasury professionals and build a high-performance team.
