Prudential Financial, Inc. in the United States seeks a Manager to join the Payments & Cash Management team within Corporate Treasury. You will oversee payment operations across rails (SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH), manage daily cash positioning, and drive treasury system improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years treasury experience, proficiency with Kyriba, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-site presence as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (CTP or CFA preferred).
• 5+ years of treasury experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency with Kyriba.
• Strong knowledge of cash management and payment regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payment operations across multiple rails (SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH) and coordinate electronic funds transfers.
• Oversee daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity forecasting.
• Optimize Treasury Management System and processes and drive automation and reporting enhancements.
• Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making and support ad-hoc projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals and foster a high-performance environment.
