Job summary

Bank of Montreal seeks an Analyst to support Treasury & Payment Solutions by coordinating client onboarding, pricing, and portfolio management across multiple internal partners. The role involves preparing materials, ensuring AML/KYC compliance, and maintaining Salesforce records.

The position emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage high volumes with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• CTP designation, progress toward CTP, or other treasury-related certification is an asset.
• 1–3 years of experience in treasury management, cash management, banking, implementation support, client service, sales support, operations, risk, analytics, or related financial-services environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day support partner to assigned Sales Officers and provide responsive support for client and internal partner requests.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including AML/KYC requirements, account opening, documentation collection, implementation requests, and service setup.
• Support preparation of pricing proposals, repricing requests, and pricing validation.
• Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce opportunities, call activity, pipeline updates, and portfolio records.
• Take ownership of assigned work and maintain visibility from intake through completion.
