Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Treasury to lead liquidity management, custody and trust administration, and banking relationships for a fast-growing financial services organization. You will report to the Treasurer and partner with Finance, Investments, Risk, and Legal to guide treasury strategy and infrastructure.

You will oversee collateral management, funding activities, and liquidity forecasting, while driving continuous improvement of treasury systems and controls, and supporting executive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Treasury experience.
• Direct experience managing custody and trust accounts.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management and treasury operations.
• Experience working with custodians, trustees, or financial institutions.
• Leadership experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day treasury with focus on liquidity and custody.
• Manage banking relationships, custodians, and external partners.
• Oversee collateral management, funding, and liquidity forecasting.
• Monitor credit facilities and capital deployment strategies.
• Partner with Finance, Investments, Accounting, Risk, and Legal.
• Assist treasury tech initiatives and automation of reporting.
• Support executive reporting for leadership and regulators.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
