Job summary

Clayton County Water Authority is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead CCWA's treasury operations, including cash management, bank relationships, investments, debt support, and grant draw funding. This exempt, on-site role reports to the Treasurer and supervises treasury staff to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor's in a related field with at least five years in treasury operations, including supervisory experience; a CTP is preferred and experience with JDE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Five years in treasury operations, including at least two years supervisory experience.
• Experience with enterprise finance systems and public funds investment preferred.
• CTP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations including cash management and forecasting.
• Oversee banking, investment, and debt administration activities.
• Support grant draws, OPEB funding, and debt service funding.
• Develop financial models for short and long term financing needs.
• Prepare treasury reports and support internal controls and audits.
