Job summary

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to own global cash management, forecasting, and debt compliance. You will partner with senior leadership in a high-visibility role within a private-equity-backed, acquisitive business.

The role is remote with a strong preference for candidates in the Atlanta, GA or Miami, FL metro areas. You will lead banking relationships, FX management, and cross-functional treasury initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience.
• Experience with debt compliance and lender reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with treasury management systems and strong Excel modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in PE-backed or global manufacturing environments (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily domestic and international cash positioning, funding, and pooling.
• Own 13-week and long-range cash flow forecasting with FP&A and BU finance teams.
• Monitor debt covenants and prepare related reporting packages.
• Maintain banking relationships and oversee FX exposure and hedging.
• Support capital structure initiatives and intercompany funding.
