Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert level ability to use Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Professional level knowledge of accounting principles and GASB pronouncements.
• Four+ years of professional accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop accounting systems and procedures to meet County needs and governmental standards.
• Analyze cash movement and optimize revenue collection across departments.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger against bank and tax software.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and notes for audits.
