Highgate Hotels is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to manage treasury operations for a portfolio of hotels based in the Las Colinas area, with responsibilities across cash management, banking relations, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate treasury records, support KYC for properties, and drive cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in a multi-unit, multi-bank Treasury environment, preferably in lodging or hospitality.
• High degree of knowledge of treasury operations and cash controls, cash management, bank account structures, payment processing, and banking services.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury support for an assigned portfolio of properties, including research requests, banking inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing property support.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and support the creation, enhancement, and training of procedural documentation.
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of armored car, vault, and payroll drawdown services for assigned properties.
