Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Treasury Manager in the United States to oversee cash management, banking relationships, and treasury operations for the corporate office and its hotels.

You will ensure liquidity, accurate cash positioning, and strong controls while partnering with hotels, ownership groups, and senior finance leaders. This role requires detail-orientation, relationship-building, and the ability to solve problems across a multi-unit portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting required.
• 4–6 years of progressive treasury, cash management, or accounting experience.
• Prior experience managing banking relationships preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all banking relationships for the management company and hotels.
• Direct the opening and closing of bank accounts across the portfolio.
• Approve and execute wires with appropriate controls.
• Oversee weekly cash positions and coordinate funding.
• Lead the opening and closing of merchant IDs and payment processing setup.
• Manage escheatment/unclaimed property for corporate accounts payable.
• Oversee annual 1099 reporting and filing for the company.
• Support month-end closing activities related to treasury and cash accounts.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen cash controls.
• Provide support to Finance leadership as needed.
