Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a Treasury Manager for a cutting-edge technology company with NYC offices to lead treasury activities, oversee daily cash operations, and strengthen liquidity and controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in treasury or cash management, preferably within real estate or asset management, with advanced Excel skills and a process-driven leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of treasury, cash management, or financial operations experience; real estate or asset management preferred.
• Strong treasury controls, payment processes, and multi-entity cash structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash movement, liquidity monitoring, and banking activity to ensure funds are deployed efficiently and securely.
• Review and authorize outgoing payments, including wires, ACH, and other disbursements, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
• Supervise cash reconciliation activities and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Produce and review cash reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for leadership visibility.
• Establish team objectives, prioritize workloads, and ensure deadlines and service levels are met.
• Manage banking relationships and account administration, including new accounts and signers.
• Serve as treasury liaison for internal stakeholders across property accounting, operations, and asset management teams.
