Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in banking operations or treasury administration.
• Strong experience with corporate bank account management, cash controls, authorized signatories, user entitlements, and banking governance.
• Familiarity with global payment types including wire, ACH, BACS, SEPA, and FPS.
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in process automation.
• Proven project management experience with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate bank accounts and internal controls around cash and activity.
• Lead bank account and cash-control projects with external banking partners and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for operational and technical support related to accounts, payments, cash controls, and banking portals.
• Centralize and maintain the firm’s database of bank accounts and banking relationships.
• Partner with teams across the firm on global cash-management initiatives.
• Manage corporate credit card administration, including new cards, limits, and fraudulent transactions.
• Support wire processing, electronic documentation, and FBAR-related activities.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams to automate and improve banking processes.
• Coordinate with global colleagues to maintain consistent banking processes across offices.
