Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business field.
• 5-10 years relevant treasury experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or eligible within 1 year of hire.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource for treasury team: guide daily operations, answer complex questions, assist with escalation.
• Operate short-term investment desk: monitor cash, ensure funding, identify excess cash opportunities.
• Manage cash across multi-currency accounts (USD, EUR, CAD, GBP).
• Oversee daily treasury operations: wire processing, cash positioning, bank activity, controls, and compliant execution.
• Troubleshoot complex treasury, banking, payment, and file exchange issues with banks.
• Lead treasury and banking projects with partners, business units, technology, and offshore teams.
• Coordinate SOX processes, controls, testing, and audit requests for treasury operations.
• Oversee offshore team members performing daily treasury tasks and provide guidance.
• Lead testing and enhancement of treasury workstations, payment files, bank files, procedures, reporting, and metrics.
• Drive process improvements and ISO 20022 changes; manage risk and maintain high standards.
