You will guide the treasury team, monitor cash positions, and work with banking partners and offshore resources in a fast-paced, controls-driven environment.

This role leads projects, coordinates SOX controls, and supports automation initiatives while balancing multiple priorities to ensure reliable treasury operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field.
• 5–10 years of relevant treasury experience.
• Certified Treasury Professional or eligible to obtain within 12 months.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury team guidance and issue resolution for complex questions.
• Operate short-term investment desk; manage multi-currency cash positions.
• Oversee daily treasury operations: wire processing, bank activity, and controls.
• Lead treasury and banking projects with internal, technology, and offshore teams.
• Coordinate SOX controls, documentation, testing, and audit requests.
• Support offshore team members in daily treasury functions.
• Lead testing, implementation, and enhancements of treasury workstations and processes.
• Drive process improvements and automation; monitor ISO 20022 changes.
