Toyota Financial Services’ Treasury Operations team in Plano, TX, seeks a passionate Treasury Operations Manager to lead the operational support, settlement, and control framework for a multi-hundred-billion portfolio. You will drive efficiency through automation and AI while safeguarding treasury integrity and liquidity management.

You will manage a diverse team, partner with Accounting, Legal, and IT, and influence strategic programs across Long-Term, Short-Term, and TFSB funding desks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex treasury operations and related processes.
• Hands-on working manager leading and scaling a high-performing team.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems such as Wallstreet Suite or FIS Quantum.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong data analytics, risk monitoring, and process improvement capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to launch new Treasury products and services.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency.
• Review and approve high-value treasury investments, debt issuances, and derivatives.
• Maintain policies, controls, and audit support materials; support SOX/compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, and IT to enable system enhancements.
• Coach and develop a high-performing treasury team; drive continuous improvement.
