Qualifications

• Supports daily treasury operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to evaluate cash, payment and reconciliation exceptions.
• Propose process, control and documentation improvements and drive implementation.
• Maintain data validation and audit-ready documentation.
• Manage time-sensitive tasks across daily and monthly cycles.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cash operations and monitor bank activity (ACH, wires).
• Prepare and support payment approval workflows within defined limits.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Produce remittance, servicing, and investor reporting with accuracy.
• Validate data inputs and ensure proper tie-outs across systems.
• Address exceptions and gaps in daily processes.
• Maintain bank accounts, user access, and audit docs.
• Help standardize SOPs and support audit evidence preparation.
• Collaborate to reduce manual steps and improve controls.
