NextPath Workforce Solutions seeks a Treasury Manager to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid, direct hire opportunity offers a salary range of $145,000–$175,000, depending on experience.

The role leads treasury policies, cash management, forecasting, banking relationships, and financing activities, with responsibility for liquidity, risk controls, and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, enhance, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls
• Oversee daily cash positioning, including domestic and international liquidity management, investment activity, and reporting of daily cash receipts
• Develop, prepare, and report cash forecasts to ensure sufficient funds for operational, investment, and strategic needs
• Serve as the primary finance contact for domestic and global banking relationships
• Coordinate letters of credit, rental guarantees, and performance guarantees with banking partners and internal teams
• Manage bank account structures and support global treasury operations
• Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare related reports and certificates
• Budget and forecast interest income and expenses, analyze variances, and provide insights
• Manage excess operating cash to optimize interest revenue while maintaining liquidity
• Act as an authorized signatory on bank accounts and approve electronic disbursements
• Facilitate line of credit renewals and coordinate requirements with banks and internal teams
• Review escrow arrangements for compliance with policies and controls
• Assist partners with external financing needs
• Manage the annual insurance renewal process and serve as the internal contact for insurance requests
