Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead treasury operations, liquidity planning, and reporting in support of growth and acquisitions. You will partner with Finance leadership to optimize cash management, controls, and intercompany activities.

The role offers ownership of treasury processes, exposure to complex financing, and cross-functional collaboration across a multi-location organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate cash positions, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience developing and maintaining 13-week cash flow forecasts.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, ACH, wires, and controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial controls.
• Develop and maintain a detailed 13-week cash flow forecast and analyze variances.
• Manage banking relationships, accounts, and treasury services.
• Oversee wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers with strong controls.
• Support debt management, reporting, and lender communications.
• Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities in treasury.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and external partners.
