The role collaborates with internal partners and external providers to ensure liquidity, policy compliance and accurate reporting.

Required: 5–7 years in accounting/finance/treasury, bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred; CFA/CPA/CTP admired; government contracting familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or treasury; CFA/CTP/CPA familiarity valued.
• Experience with investment portfolios reporting and governance in government contracting contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Treasury function and supervise the Treasury Analyst.
• Collaborate with investment managers to monitor portfolios and due diligence.
• Lead corporate insurance program, renewals, claims, and coverage coordination.
• Oversee cash flow projections, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Serve as liaison with external providers including retirement plan administrators and investment advisors.
• Coordinate with HR, Internal Audit, Accounting and Legal on retirement plans.
• Lead preparation and presentation to the Finance Committee on investments and treasury topics.
• Improve and document treasury procedures; handle ad hoc analyses as needed.
