The role leads a Treasury Analyst and collaborates with external providers, insurance partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure robust financial operations and strategic decision support for Draper’s programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance and/or treasury.
• Familiarity with government contracting and/or investment portfolios reporting; CFA, CTP or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Treasury function for Draper with direct supervision of the Treasury Analyst.
• Collaborate with investment managers on strategies and analysis for portfolios.
• Lead corporate insurance program with brokers/underwriters on coverages and renewals.
• Oversee cash flow projections, liquidity, and line of credit management.
• Interface with HR, Internal Audit, Accounting and Legal on retirement plans.
