Nscale in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst in Treasury to support project-based financing and debt capital markets transactions. The role suits someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into broader deal execution.

You will own transaction workstreams, build models, and coordinate with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development to align assumptions and deliverables. The position offers base salary in the stated range, with potential bonus and equity.

Formación

• 2–5 years in corporate treasury or related field.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management.

Responsabilidades

• Support transaction workstreams across corporate and project financings.
• Build and maintain models for debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, covenant sensitivity, and downside cases.
• Evaluate financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and covenants.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development teams to align assumptions and deliverables.
• Update financing pipeline view across projects, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies.
• Assist post-close covenant compliance and bank reporting.
