Job summary

Spectrum Search Group is seeking a Treasury Manager in Plano, TX for a hybrid role that builds the corporate treasury function from the ground up. You will lead cash positioning, forecasting, and bank relationships in a high-volume environment, shaping controls, SOPs, and automation with CFO alignment.

You will guide a small team, report to the Corporate Controller, and partner on debt tracking and financing support in a growth-focused, multi-brand restaurant operator.

Qualifications

• Seasoned treasury professional who defines best practice, not just follows it.
• Proven builder of controls, processes, and SOPs.
• Tech-savvy with judgment about what to automate and how.
• Comfortable owning bank relationships directly.
• Leadership chops: develops and trains a team, and holds people accountable.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash positioning and short- and long-term cash forecasting.
• 30+ bank accounts and multiple banking partnerships, including all account administration and documentation.
• Wires, ACH, and transfers at high volume — thousands of transactions daily.
• The controls, processes, procedures, and SOPs the treasury function will run on.
• Automation: streamlining a lean team's workload without sacrificing accuracy or adding risk.
• Debt tracking, covenant compliance, and support on financing transactions.
