Job summary

Investment Firm, Multi-Billion Strategy in Dallas is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead the first dedicated treasury function. You will consolidate treasury activities from across the finance team into a defined, scalable operation reporting to the VP of Finance.

You will own day-to-day treasury operations, build processes, forecast liquidity, manage capital structure across entities, and design dashboards. Strong Excel skills and prior treasury experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of direct treasury operations experience.
• Background in credit funds, BDCs, investment management, or bank treasury preferred.
• Strong Excel skills focused on liquidity modeling and cash reconciliation.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality to define processes rather than inherit them.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up wire transactions with documentation from finance teams.
• Serve as liaison between deal and finance teams on funding requirements, flows, and fee schedules.
• Maintain and update corporate liquidity forecasting model.
• Support capital structure management across entities, including draws and borrowing bases.
• Design and maintain treasury management system (Finley Technologies).
• Build treasury KPIs and dashboarding.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation across bank accounts.
• Record journal entries for dividends, bond payments, and interest.
• Support ad hoc treasury modeling projects for senior management.
• Assist with audit procedures and coordinate with valuation teams.
