Position: Treasury Manager

Department: Accounting & Finance, Lucknow-Highspire Terminals

Location: Middletown, PA

Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Hybrid, flexible working model where employee works partly in the corporate office and partly remotely

Reporting to the Senior Director - Risk and Commercial Analysis , the Treasury Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Daily treasury activities include: managing daily cash flow, forecasting liquidity, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role is crucial in optimizing cash utilization, minimizing financial risk, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role also assists with managing the credit risk of LHT's wholesale and terminaling customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily cash positioning and investments functions
• Prepare and review daily and weekly cashflow forecasts
• Lead and direct cash management functions
• Participate in the implementation of cash management software products and services
• Perform complex bank/General Ledger account reconciliations
• Compile and perform weekly borrowing base calculations
• Evaluate and recommend cash management initiatives
• Maintain cash management/treasury policies and procedures
• Ensure policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs and regulatory body requirements
• Participate with other team members in completing treasury responsibilities associated with working capital credit facilities
• Conducts new customer reviews and credit reference checks
• Analyzes and conducts review of customer credit limit and payment history; proposes recommendations to adjust credit limit and terms as appropriate; obtains proper approvals from management.
• Assist in special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
• 5 to 8 years of relevant cash management/treasury experience
• ERP systems experience - AP/Cash Management/AR and General Ledger modules
• Petroleum and/or energy accounting is a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage assigned tasks and meet established deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment
