The Senior Treasury Analyst manages key aspects of the Corporate Treasury functions, including cash management, debt administration, bank account oversight, insurance captive, capital lease financing, and related projects such as mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities include developing cash flow models, monitoring risks, and maintaining relationships with banking and rating agencies. Reporting to the Director of Treasury, the role involves collaboration across departments and external partners, requiring strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and flexible thinking skills.
The candidate should be capable of:
Education: 4-5 years in Finance, Banking, or Accounting, with a strong Treasury background. Certifications like CTP, CPA, or CFA are a plus. A B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
Experience: Strong planning, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, analytical, and lateral thinking skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Experience in cash forecasting, variance analysis, and transaction reconciliation. Knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, and risk management. Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of financial statements and global banking services is essential.
Hybrid work model with at least 2 days in the office weekly. Occasional travel to Phoenix and banking/partner locations may be required.
