Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation in Pittsburgh seeks a Treasury Management Systems Analyst to ensure the Treasury Management system, including Lockbox, E-Corp, ACH Manager and Remote Deposit, runs daily and to coordinate upgrades and problem resolution.

The role requires testing, file processing, reporting, and collaboration with management and clients to maintain system performance and disaster recovery documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent project management, communication and customer service skills.
• Banking or lockbox experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test new lockbox clients before production.
• Create client files and deliver to operations for processing.
• Run end-of-day processes on lockbox and produce daily stats.
• Process lockbox work and monthly billing for customers.
• Test system upgrades prior to implementation.
• Coordinate with management, vendors and staff on issues.
• Assist with updating department policies and disaster recovery docs.
• Suggest product enhancements to the system vendor.
