Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania seeks a Supervisor of Treasury Management Training and Support to lead training initiatives across servicing, implementations, and sales. You will coordinate schedules, develop staff, and improve processes while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPI development, and collaboration with internal partners to deliver enhanced Treasury Management services to clients.

Qualifications

BA or BS degree required.
Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
Strong management and leadership abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Treasury Management experience preferred.
Ability to train clients and staff.

Responsibilities

Supports Treasury Management Servicing and Implementations and oversees training for clients, sales, new products and team development.
Coordinates training schedules with sales, client service and implementations teams.
Provides training and support to Treasury Management Operations, Treasury Management Sales Support and Implementations.
Documents procedures and identifies opportunities to develop teams and align with department policies.
Assists in supervising the team in the absence of the manager and escalates urgent requests as needed.
Monitors daily volumes and allocates staff accordingly and supports testing of new services.
