Job summary

Farmers & Merchants Bank of Central California is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist in Lodi to implement, train, and maintain customer relationships while delivering exemplary service. You will support back-office workflows across Treasury Management and ensure prompt, professional communication with clients.

The role covers client sales support, reporting, and billing, plus renewal reviews and security-related processes.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 6 years’ experience in Bank Operations; Treasury Management experience a plus.
• Experience with banking systems and common office software (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; higher level coursework in Business/Math/Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist client sales support including implementation, training, internal client support, billing, and Treasury Management reporting.
• Manage external and internal client support calls with Treasury Management Team.
• Handle daily/weekly/monthly exception reports and resolve issues.
• Participate in ACH and RDC annual reviews with renewal planning.
• Schedule, execute, and document periodic security reviews for remote deposit customers.
• Monitor Velocity exceptions, obtain overrides, and participate in late Friday coverage rotation.
• Process Account Analysis maintenance for assigned territories.
• Enter service charge items via Account Analysis or hard charges from monthly billings; include remote deposit and lockbox activity.
• Prepare Treasury Management Department monthly GL certifications.
• Support Contractor Retention Accounts processing and related deposits/withdrawals.
• Assist with audits of files or scanning and other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The individual in this position is responsible for the efficient set-up, implementation, training & maintenance of customer relationships as well as providing exemplary customer service to existing customers as needed. Additionally the individual will be involved in all phases of customer services and back-office operational workflow within Treasury Management. This individual will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to resolve Treasury Management related business issues/problems quickly in a professional manner.

• This individual will have overall responsibility for assisting client sales support, including but not limited to; implementation, training, internal client support, billing, maintaining of Treasury Management reporting for new sales, fee income growth, waivers, and rate exceptions. Ensure accurate information is conveyed to all clients in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Manage external and internal client support calls and work with Treasury Management Team to assist as needed.
• Responsible for various assigned daily, weekly, monthly exception reports pertaining to Treasury Management products and functions and resolving as necessary.
• This individual will assist with ACH and RDC annual reviews, monitoring for renewal dates and providing renewal recommendations based on historical activity. Prepare maintenance requests upon renewal and maintenance of files.
• Will be responsible for scheduling, execution and documentation of periodic security review for all remote deposit customers.
• Participate with the monitoring of Velocity exceptions, obtain override approvals, clearing of velocity, and participate in rotation of late Friday coverage.
• Process Account Analysis maintenance submitted from branches for assigned territory.
• Responsible for the entering of service charge items through Account Analysis or hard charge from monthly billings, may include remote deposit and lockbox activity.
• Prepare Treasury Management Department monthly GL certifications.
• Facilitate Contractor Retention Accounts, including processing of deposits and withdrawals.
• Other duties as assigned, including assistance with audit of files or scanning.

Education & Skills Required

Education and Experience

• Required a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Bank Operations, Treasury Management experience a plus.
• Must be experienced with the following but not limited to: Banking systems, Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
