Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Treasury Management Coordinator to support onboarding, client servicing, and ongoing Treasury Management and Merchant Services products. You will maintain security controls and assist Top Tier clients, coordinating with the HOA team to promote retention and best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in financial institutions or treasury management.
• Strong knowledge of treasury and cash management products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of Top Tier clients and service needs.
• Manage client access and setup for Treasury Management products.
• Provide full customer support across multiple contact points.
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance and security.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities.
