Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer relationship management experience with proven success.
• College degree in business, finance, or related work experience.
• Excellent sales, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand BancFirst Treasury products and services.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of depository relationships and treasury management solutions.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on joint calls with clients and prospects.
• Prepare depository and treasury management proposals.
• Respond to RFPs with cost-benefit and risk analyses.
• Negotiate pricing to maximize profitability.
• Promote cross-selling and client retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
