Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• ≥3 years in direct sales and/or customer service.
• Treasury management or related sales experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Able to analyze financial information and industry trends.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Independent, proactive, and innovative problem-solver.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow treasury management relationships and uncover revenue opportunities.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through outreach and needs-based consulting.
• Collaborate with lenders and client-facing teams to craft comprehensive solutions.
• Lead conversations with engaging presentations and explain treasury services.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, pricing, and treasury solutions.
• Support and coach less-experienced team members when needed.
