Job summary

Northrim Bank in Alaska is seeking a Treasury Management Consultant who can translate client needs into smart financial solutions. You’ll walk into conversations, uncover what a business really needs, and turn that insight into actionable treasury strategies.

You’ll grow the business by building treasury relationships, working with lenders and client-facing teams, and delivering compelling presentations that explain treasury services and pricing.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in direct sales and/or customer service.
• Treasury management or related sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to understand financial information, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by developing new treasury management relationships and uncovering opportunities to generate revenue.
• Build lasting relationships with existing clients through regular outreach and needs-based consulting.
• Coordinate with lenders and other client-facing teams to create comprehensive solutions.
• Lead sales conversations with engaging presentations and clear explanations of treasury services.
• Execute strategies to increase market penetration and drive growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and support product development initiatives.
• Represent Northrim at community events and industry activities.
