Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned TMOs to support client and prospect opportunities throughout the sales process, independently managing deal preparation, research, analysis, and sales-support activities with limited supervision.
• Conduct client, prospect, portfolio, and industry research to support sales strategy, relationship reviews, opportunity identification, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and support pricing models, proformas, profitability analyses, and non-standard pricing requests.
• Prepare and coordinate client-facing materials, proposals, and RFP support.
• Manage assigned sales-support requests from intake through completion, coordinating dependencies and monitoring progress.
• Collaborate across Sales, Relationship Management, Pricing, Product, Operations, and Client Care to resolve issues.
• Exercise independent judgment and ownership in managing priorities and escalating complex matters.
• Serve as a knowledge resource to less-experienced Sales Associates and contribute to process improvements.
