Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Treasury Relationship Manager to provide Treasury Management sales support to Commercial, Retail and other areas of the Bank. You will manage commercial, municipal and Not-For-Profit relationships and lead treasury reviews with clients.

Travel as needed, build strong client partnerships, and collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers to onboard and retain clients. The role emphasizes compliance and profitability within a growing regional bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Prior banking experience required.
• Commercial/retail banking product knowledge required.
• Treasury management experience highly preferred.
• CTP/CCM accreditation preferred or willing to obtain it.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Excellent listening and sales presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
• Willingness to travel within the bank's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Sell Treasury Management needs across bank divisions, primarily Commercial and Retail.
• Meet with customers to develop information on deposit, financial, operational and business needs.
• Prepare in-depth proposals/pro formas demonstrating capability to meet needs.
• Identify opportunities to deliver treasury products/services and refer to bank partners.
• Collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers to onboard and retain clients.
• Monitor portfolios with periodic Treasury Reviews to optimize treasury solutions.
• Adhere to compliance training and report concerns to management.
• Travel to meet customers/prospects as needed.
• Annual evaluation based on portfolio profitability and goals.
• Report exceptions to policy and pricing for approval.
