Job summary

WSFS Bank seeks a Treasury Relationship Manager to drive Treasury Management sales for Commercial, Retail and Not-For-Profit clients in the Philadelphia area. You will analyze client needs and craft competitive treasury proposals, collaborating with Commercial RM partners to onboard and retain clients through periodic reviews.

The role requires a business-related bachelor’s, banking experience, treasury knowledge, and strong communication and sales skills. Travel within the footprint is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working in a banking environment is required.
• Commercial and/or retail banking product knowledge is required.
• Prior treasury management experience is highly preferred.
• CTP/CCM accreditation preferred or willing to take the necessary courses to obtain and maintain it.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent listening ability and effective sales presentation skills are required.
• Superior customer service and sales skills are expected.
• Ability to travel within the bank's footprint.

• Monitor existing customer portfolios with periodic Treasury Reviews.
• Adhere to Compliance Requirements and complete training.
• Travel to meet with customers/prospects as needed.
• Annual evaluation is based on portfolio profitability.

In addition, the incumbent will manage commercial, municipal, and Not-For-Profit banking relationships with non-credit needs. The work experience would dictate the complexity of the customer relationships managed by the Treasury Management Relationship Manager ("TMRM").Job Responsibilities:Sells to the Treasury Management needs of customers/prospects in all divisions of the Bank but primarily Commercial and Retail Divisions.
