Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Region Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Advisors and Team Leaders across the regional market. The role combines strategic leadership, revenue growth, and client stewardship to advance Treasury Management products and services.

You will develop and execute a regional sales strategy with Treasury Management Leadership, mentor and align the team, and build executive-level relationships with targeted clients and COIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking experience including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Summary

The Treasury Management Region Sales Manager manages a team of Sales Advisors and Team Leaders (depending on size of market) within a region.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Works with Treasury Management Sales Leadership in the development of a sales strategy for the respective region of responsibility while ensuring the execution of the strategies.
• While ensuring that a strategy for aggressive sales growth is in place, this position is also responsible for providing leadership, mentorship, communicates direction and group strategy to the Treasury Management Team Leaders, Sales Advisors and Sales Analysts for meeting established Treasury Management goals.
• This role will interact with various senior leaders internally and externally.
• Internally this role will act as champion and liaison for coordinating activities with the various Market Presidents as well as with senior executives across Huntington Bank.
• Externally this role will be expected to develop executive level relationships with target group of segment clients and COIs, and to represent HNB in industry groups related to Treasury Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking experience including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree
