Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist Senior to deliver tailored treasury solutions and support the Treasury Management Advisors in sales and client engagement. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, conducting financial analysis, and driving portfolio growth.

The position requires CRE-focused treasury experience, a business-related degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

6+ years of treasury management/banking experience focusing on CRE clients and treasury sales processes.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
CTP or equivalent treasury certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

Research client financial structures and cash flow to tailor treasury solutions.
Collaborate with Treasury Management Advisors to develop pricing, model profitability, and evaluate offerings.
Prepare pitch materials, account strategies, and client review documents for business development.
Ensure seamless implementation and accurate billing for treasury services.
Support end-to-end client engagement from proposal to service activation.
Build internal relationships to improve solution delivery and client satisfaction.
Contribute to team revenue goals and growth of Treasury Management business.
