Job summary

Financial Additions, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Associate for a remote, nationwide bank client. Excellent client support and a solid knowledge of treasury products used by commercial clients are required.

The candidate must reside in the United States and have full authorization to work here. Responsibilities include planning and executing setups in multiple systems for commercial Treasury services, reviewing client documentation, collaborating with IT on onboarding,

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a bank with Treasury Management Operations or commercial client interfacing role
• Experience with ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture setup and training CRM experience for tracking tickets/workflow
• Familiarity with treasury admin systems such as Fiserv, Q2, Salesforce or comparable platforms
• Working knowledge of NACHA requirements
• Strong organizational skillset with attention to detail
• Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify technical training
• Degreed or some college a plus
