Job summary

Financial Additions is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Associate for a remote role focused on onboarding commercial clients to treasury services, including Online Banking, Wires, ACH, and Positive Pay. You will coordinate setups and training across multiple systems from Frisco, Texas.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in bank treasury operations, strong client communication, and CRM workflow experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years at a bank with Treasury Management Operations or Commercial client interfacing role.
• Experience with ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture setup and training.
• CRM experience for tracking tickets/workflow; familiarity with treasury admin systems such as Fiserv, Q2, Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate all commercial client documentation and agreements prior to set-up.
• Partner with IT/Security teams on implementations for commercial client onboarding.

• Track onboarding progress and report on turnaround times, quality metrics, and backlog status.

Financial Additions is searching for a Treasury Management Operations Associate for a remote , position at a nation-wide bank. Must have excellent client support skills and a solid knowledge of treasury products and services used by commercial clients. Applicant must reside in the United States and have full authorization to work here.
