As a Treasury Management Officer II within PNC's Merchant Services organization, you will be based in a remote location. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position will not be available in all geographic locations.

As a Treasury Management Officer II for Merchant Services, you will be responsible for corporate bank sales within PNC's western region, which includes Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon and Utah. Given the region, this position would entail 50% travel.

Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of Merchant Services sales experience, preferably including calling on large corporate clients/entities.

Job Description
  • Coordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share, working with clients with moderate risk and complexity. Work with a moderate level of supervision.
  • Within stated guidelines, acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and increase share of wallet. Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Manage risk and drive quality for clients, actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Focus on client opportunities by understanding their needs and financial well-being, increasing engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones, presenting the full range of PNC's products and services, and leveraging reporting tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for more complex requests, utilizing advanced credit fundamentals and policies.

Work experience typically requires a university/college degree with 5+ years relevant industry experience. Specific certifications may be required. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience will be considered.

Additional Job Details

Base Salary: $65,000 - $149,500

Salaries vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education.

Incentive: Role is incentive eligible, based on performance.
