You will prepare agreements and documents, implement services, and conduct trainings both on site and by phone across the Wintrust footprint.

Responsibilities

• Process new and existing customer TM product implementations with high accuracy.
• Prepare Treasury Management documents/agreements and implement services for customers.
• Conduct customer trainings (on site and phone) and installations across the Wintrust footprint.
• Assist with TM Support calls and maintenance as needed.
• Prepare product documentation and implement additional accounts and services for customers.
