Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in banking required.
• 3+ years’ customer service or treasury management experience required.
• Demonstrated capacity for sound judgement.
• Ability to work independently and manage detailed work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of client communications while ensuring responsiveness and professionalism.
• Oversee delivery and support of Treasury Management products.
• Coordinate with internal partners for client experience alignment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively.
