Job summary

First United Bank seeks a Treasury Management Client Support Specialist I to deliver exceptional TM customer service by phone and email, set up products, train clients, and handle installations. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure accurate configurations and timely responses.

The role requires solid banking knowledge, two years’ customer service by phone, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years banking experience required.
• Two years experience providing customer service by phone required.
• Good understanding of bank operations, products and services required.
• JHA Silverlake experience required.
• Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs product setups and communicates with other departments to provide setup instructions.
• Maintains and updates product setups when changes are required.
• Receives phone calls and emails for product/customer support.
• Completes customer product training and equipment installations by phone for TM products and services.
• Completes various reports, surveys and projects as assigned.
• Maintains and audits logs of customer and product information to assist in customer support and track updates.
• Performs research to resolve errors and answer customer inquiries.
• Notifies customers about updates to agreements and tracks documents until executed.
• Communicates with 3rd party vendors to complete setups and maintenance for 3rd party services.
