Job summary

City National Bank in Los Angeles seeks a Service Representative II to support Treasury Management. You will be the primary customer service and training contact, liaising with bank units to resolve client inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

You will prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and contribute to product knowledge and client communications, while upholding program commitments and professional service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service operations in a banking environment.
• 2 years of direct client contact experience.
• 2 years of experience with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for clients and various units in the research and resolution of problems and inquiries.
• Acts as liaison between client and other Bank units to resolve problems and comply with client requests.
• Coordinates with clients, account officers and appropriate departments to ensure that clients are properly serviced and paperwork is in place.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly management reports using spreadsheet, database, analytical and graphics software.
• Maintains a proactive commitment to Bank programs (CustomerFirst, CRA, Equal Employment Opportunity).
• Facilitate and deliver virtual conference calls and/or workshops.
• Provide feedback to SMEs on new product offerings and training materials.
