Job summary

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in a business related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
4 years’ experience in banking and treasury client servicing or equivalent.
Advanced communication and analytical skills; ability to build client partnerships.

Responsibilities

Manage complex Treasury client accounts with accurate setup and functionality.
Review regulatory and legal docs for new and existing account openings.
Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to resolve documentation issues.
Troubleshoot technical issues and update clients per End-of-Day directives.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve problems and improve processes.
Build strong client relationships through proactive outreach and fraud prevention.
Mentor junior team members and expand product/system knowledge.
