Job summary

Bridgewater Bank is seeking a highly organized Treasury Management Analyst to support the Treasury Management team and act as a liaison between Treasury Management and other departments. The role will also serve as a primary client contact when the team is unavailable and provide full administrative support to the Treasury Management group.

Responsibilities include onboarding clients, managing documentation, preparing CIP cards, coordinating with the sales team, and producing monthly reports.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of banking/financial services experience.
• Client facing experience required.
• Proficiency with Windows Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook).

Job description

We are looking for a highly organized client facing Treasury Management Analyst to join our Treasury Management team. Accountable to the AVP Treasury Management Analyst Lead, in this role, you will support the Treasury Management team and serve as a liaison between Treasury Management and other Bridgewater Bank departments. You will also be a point of contact for clients when the Treasury Management team is unavailable and will provide full administrative support to the Treasury Management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to Treasury Management team
• Manage onboarding of new clients and transition of clients
• Manage documentation and paperwork
• Interact with clients/manage correspondence with clients as appropriate
• Schedule meetings with sales team and clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of banking/financial services experience
• Prior experience as a Treasury Analyst, Personal Banker or Account Executive preferred
• Knowledge of Windows Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook)
• Attention to detail with professional organizational, written, and communication skills
• Client facing experience required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The typical annual/hourly base pay range for this role is between $55,900-$65,400. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
