Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Treasury Management Analyst to support the Treasury Management Sales team through the sales cycle and help implement treasury solutions for clients. Responsibilities

• Delivers support under established guidelines to new or existing bank clients and works with internal and external contacts with service requests, inquiries or technical issues related to specific bank and treasury management services.
• Collaborates with Treasury Management Director on: maintaining Pitch Book, pipeline management, monthly reporting, pricing reviews, relationship and pricing analyses, and pricing database work.
• Researches, designs, and facilitates implementation of new products and services with leadership.
• Evaluates data attributes and suggests processes to improve operational performance and pricing.
• Supports proposal generation with Treasury Sales Officers and ensures timely client issue resolution.
• Educates bank officers about department products and aligns with approved materials.
• Partners with Treasury Sales Officers to support proposing and implementing Treasury Management solutions.

Overview

The Treasury Management Analyst, supports the Treasury Management Sales team throughout the sales cycle and providing treasury solutions to both prospects and existing clients. Facilitates in the preparation of proposals and implementation of products and services. Responsible for examining internal client data and external 3rd party data to help improve revenue generation; help improve operational performance through data analysis. Perform operations functions related to production of treasury service offerings (either daily function or implementation).

What You’ll Do:

• Delivers support under established guidelines to new or existing bank clients and works with internal and external contacts with service requests, inquiries or technical issues related to specific bank and treasury management services.
• Collaborates with the Treasury Management Director on various tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Maintaining the department Pitch Book updated
  • Treasury Management pipeline management
  • Routine monthly and one-off reporting
  • Ongoing review of waiver and/or exception pricing
  • Preparing and managing Relationship Reviews
  • Profitability and cost analysis, as well as build pricing database
  • Assist with Treasury Management sales opportunities
  • Maintain Treasury Management Contact Management Sheet current
• Researches, designs, and facilitates implementation in collaboration with leadership of new products and services.
• Evaluates and analyzes data attributes under established procedures; provides input and develops processes to improve operational performance ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures, including, but not limited to pricing and cost study analysis.
• Performs client analysis and contributes to proposal generation in collaboration with Treasury Sales Officers.
• Assumes responsibility for timely resolution of client issues by applying established procedures and escalating as needed.
• Applies working knowledge of the various Treasury Management products and solutions provided by the bank to originate and participate in marketing efforts under direction from leadership.
• Educates bank officers regarding department products in alignment with approved materials and guidelines.
• Partners with Treasury Sales Officers to support proposing and implementing Treasury Management solutions for clients in collaboration with management.

What You Bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in banking or a related financial services field, involving client support and operational processes under established guidelines.
• Exposure to treasury management functions or cash management products preferred.
• Demonstrated experience using banking systems and technology platforms, with applied knowledge of cash management products and competitor offerings.
• Advanced proficiencies in Microsoft Office Applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management.
• Has a working knowledge of bank and treasury management products and service offerings.
• Good time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned projects.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
