• Serve as liaison between clients and servicing units; manage client relationships.
• Provide sales/support to select clients when the officer is unavailable; identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Assist in developing servicing scope and contracts; communicate product/service options to clients.
• Maintain client metrics and forecast servicing needs; collaborate with partners on implementation.
