Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior-level experience in transaction banking or cash management.
• Proven track record leading large global, matrixed teams.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise TOMs.
• Knowledge of AI, ML and emerging tech in operations.
• Deep understanding of global cash management, payments and liquidity.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward-looking strategy for Treasury and Liquidity Operations.
• Lead a global organization including CMO and BNM teams with a culture of excellence.
• Own the TOM design, socialization, and execution to unify processes and platforms.
• Champion AI adoption to automate processes and improve cash forecasting.
• Embed robust risk and control framework across end-to-end cash lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Tech and risk.
