Who we are looking forThe Treasury Technology Team is currently seeking a senior technology leader to run the Global Liquidity Management Technology Transformation Program. Global Liquidity Management (GLM) is part of Global Treasury and oversees State Street’s liquidity planning, monitoring, methodologies, analytics, and regulatory reporting globally. The group manages regulatory ratios such as the LCR, NSFR as well as the liquidity buffer requirements resulting from its Internal Liquidity Stress testing (ILST) and Recovery and Resolution planning (RRP) framework (RLAP/RLEN). The group is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements, such as the daily FR2052a and associated public disclosures, in alignment with Regulation WW, liquidity-relevant sections of Regulation YY and Regulation QQ, SR 11-7 MRM requirements and Basel Risk Data Aggregation principles (BCBS 239).This role will report to the Chief Information Officer for Treasury and Lending Technology and will be responsible for the design, architecture, planning, and delivery for the GLM Program book of work for modernizing and rationalizing the technology landscape.What you will be responsible for:Design and architect the vision of a new, bottoms-up liquidity reporting infrastructure to support broader GLM and Treasury mandate, inclusive of model implementation, reporting user interfaces, and analytical capabilities including the design and delivery of the next generation liquidity calculation engine.Collaborate with IT development leads to design and develop scalable and robust software application architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices and firm architectural goals.Define, govern, and continuously evolve the technology value proposition driven strategy and processes in support of Global Treasury strategies and growth plans.Align with business stakeholders to gain insight into growth plans and strategies, and partner with global leaders to understand the multidimensional impacts across technology, operational procedures, and the organization.What we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this roleAn energetic leader with a proven track record for delivering complex technology programs across a global organization.Adept at managing multiple projects/initiatives (strong attention to detail and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously, flexibility to operate in a constant changing global environment).Results oriented - capacity to prioritize and drive ideas to execution across a wide variety of business initiatives internally within the firm and externally with various partners or vendors.Strong knowledge of data usage and end to end data management and governanceInfluencing skills - ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and business leaders inside and outside the business.Education & Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 15 years of experience implementing technology solutions in Business, Finance, or related fields with at least 5+ years of experience providing solutions for Treasury or Liquidity Management business areasTechnology implementation experience using JIRA, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, and Power BI or Tableau reporting highly preferredMinimum of 5 years of global team management expertiseExcellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of the organization, both internal and externalSolid presentation and writing skillsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsSalary Range:$115,000 - $216,250 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
