Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior technology leader to run the Global Liquidity Management Technology Transformation Program. You will design, architect, plan, and deliver modernization of the GLM technology landscape and ensure robust regulatory reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect the vision of a new, bottoms-up liquidity reporting infrastructure to support broader GLM and Treasury mandate, inclusive of model implementation, reporting user interfaces, and analytical capabilities including the design and delivery of the next generation liquidity calculation engine.
  • Collaborate with IT development leads to design and develop scalable and robust software application architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices and firm architectural goals.
  • Define, govern, and continuously evolve the technology value proposition driven strategy and processes in support of Global Treasury strategies and growth plans.
  • Align with business stakeholders to gain insight into growth plans and partner with global leaders to understand the multidimensional impacts across technology, operational procedures, and the organization.

Global Liquidity Management (GLM) is part of Global Treasury and oversees State Street’s liquidity planning, monitoring, methodologies, analytics, and regulatory reporting globally. The group manages regulatory ratios such as the LCR, NSFR as well as the liquidity buffer requirements resulting from its Internal Liquidity Stress testing (ILST) and Recovery and Resolution planning (RRP) framework (RLAP/RLEN). The group is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements, such as the daily FR2052a and associated public disclosures, in alignment with Regulation WW, liquidity-relevant sections of Regulation YY and Regulation QQ, SR 11-7 MRM requirements and Basel Risk Data Aggregation principles (BCBS 239).

What You Will Be Responsible For

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience implementing technology solutions in Business, Finance, or related fields with at least 5+ years of experience providing solutions for Treasury or Liquidity Management business areas
  • Technology implementation experience using JIRA, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, and Power BI or Tableau reporting highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of global team management expertise
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of the organization, both internal and external
  • Solid presentation and writing skillsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Salary Range

$115,000 - $216,250 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
